Join us for a journey into the past as we visit these historic landmarks in Long Beach, whose history goes back to 500 B.C.
Our fist stop will be:
Rancho Los Cerritos
4600 Virginia Rd, Long Beach, CA 90807
Sunday: 1-5 PM
Admission to Rancho Los Cerritos museum is always free. Free and plentiful parking is available in the lot across from RLC’s entry gates. Limited parking, including accessible spaces, is available near the Visitor Center.
House Tours
Free tours of the 1844 adobe are offered during public hours. These one-hour walking tours include work areas like the mayordomo’s room and blacksmith shop as well as living spaces like the parlor and master bedroom. Tours are led by third-person docents or first-person interpreters.
Garden Tours
Free guided tours of the historic gardens are available during public hours on weekends. The vibrant gardens that grace the property today include trees that date back to the mid-19th century, as well as lush landscaping designed in the early 1930s by notable landscape architect Ralph Cornell.

Admission is free. Free parking is available at the Rancho on normal operating days.
Rancho Center - Self-guided tourRanch House - Docent-guided tours only, every 30 minutes, with the first tour at approximately 1:30 PM. and the last at 4:00 PM
