QUEEN NATION

A TRIBUTE to the music of Queen!

Queen Nation is the ULTIMATE tribute to the music of Queen. The band was formed in Southern California by DMHE Music Agency. Queen Nation has performed over 1,200 concerts together as a core unit.

Queen Nation band members are :

Gregory Finsley: vocals & keyboards as Freddie Mercury

Mike McManus: guitar as Brian May

Pete Burke: drums as Roger Taylor

Parker Combs: bass as John Deacon

The general consensus is they are currently the most popular, accurate, authentic, longest running, highest grossing fully costumed re- creation of a vintage Queen concert in the US. The show consists of four musicians as it was in the original Queen line up. Everyone in the band sings harmonies, performs in character and are dressed in methodically detailed musically matching 70s & 80s Queen era period costumes during the show.

All of this in a live concert experience while playing live note-for-note renditions of the Classic Queen song library of their greatest hits such as : Bohemian Rhapsody- We Will Rock You- Somebody To Love- We are the Champions – Fat Bottomed Girls-Crazy Little thing Called Love- My Best Friend- Dragon Attack and many more.

Featured front man vocalist Gregory Finsley is an amazing singer with an uncanny tone and captivating stage energy that matches the late great Freddie Mercury to a tee. Gregory is a concert trained pianist which allows him to accurately and skillfully play piano live during the shows as did Freddie Mercury back in the day.

Queen Nation is the real deal. They guarantee concertgoers a show without any show interruptions, lulls for changes into multiple costumes, never any cheesy props or fake mustaches.

The band's creed is quite simple, “We try to perform the music of Queen humbly, tastefully and respectfully while paying homage to our Rock Idols without resorting to any corny cliché antics or images. We let the fans and Talent Buyers decide where we fit in the pecking order of the Queen tribute world if that topic is brought up. Our primary focus will always be based on consistently delivering the best sonic gut punch of a pure vintage Queen show in an entertaining concert format every time we take the stage.“

Dylan Galvin

I perform a "Modern-Vintage" show; a combination of easy listening, oldies, Top 40's, Pop, Rock, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and Variety covers are always family friendly, recognizable and vibe-setting.  My songs are specifically chosen to be easy on the ears often with beautiful melodies and hints of nostalgia.  The audience always leaves feeling at ease and always talk about how much fun it was.

Bluff Park at Salt Creek Beach in Dana Point!

Parking gates will open @ 5 PM for guests to enjoy the food trucks and concessions and to save a spot on the grass for the concert.  All concerts are from 5 PM to 8 PM (event opens at 5 PM, live music begins a bit after), free and open to the public of all ages. Bring your happiness and enjoy live music under the stars with OC Parks along with your Great Outdoors family.

This event is great to attend as a group.  If you register I will let you know where we will be sitting and manage to save a space or two.  Even better if you can arrive early we can converge at a location within the park before officially being let into the concert space.

All OC Parks Summer Concert Series events are entirely outdoors.
