  • Passengers register directly as 'Passenger'
  • Passengers are responsible for arranging their ride. During registration please list your driver.
  • This category is for passengers looking for a ride. GO does not arrange carpooling, but we will provide your name to a driver who wishes to take on a passenger in their 4x4 vehicle. During the registration process put "looking for a ride" in the ride sharing box.

Dillon Rd, Berdoo Cyn, Geology Tour, and Eureka Peak. Go up Berdoo Canyon to Yucca Valley and back into the park from the Black Rock entrance and Covington Flats up to Eureka Peak with views overlooking the Coachella Valley. Note - This is exploratory trip; trail conditions are unknown after the storms. Be prepared for possible storm damaged trail conditions.

Maybe lunch in Yucca Valley.

Meeting Location:

8:00 AM - PetSmart, Ramon/Crossley, Palm Springs - Map 

Equipment Requirements:

4-wheel drive high clearance vehicle with transfer case, tow attachment points, recovery strap, trail rated tires, a spare tire and a full tank of gas. Bring water and lunch - or snacks if attending lunch in Yucca Valley-maybe Black Bear Dinner.

Drivers are welcome to bring passengers.  GO does not arrange rideshares. If any drivers wish to offer a passenger seat, you can so indicate.
